Las Vegas franchisees show mixed results

Miller, Valerie

Las Vegas Business Press (10712186);7/7/2008, Vol. 25 Issue 27, pP5
The article compares the franchise businesses for different pizza operators in Las Vegas, Nevada. As the Fox's Pizza franchise of Brian Savinda profits, the Figaro's Pizza franchise of husband and wife Billy and Bonita Riley has gone bankrupt. The losses of the Rileys are attributed to their lack of experience as business owners, low-income location, and lack of capital for advertisements in addition to economic conditions. Savinda, meanwhile, passes fliers and places his franchise near the Sunset Mall.
