ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the financial performance of Indian Oil Corp. in 2007-2008. The company posted a net loss of Rupees 414.27 crore for the fourth quarter of 2007-2008. A net profit of Rupees 6,962.58 crore was earned by the firm for full 2007-2008, compared with Rupees 7,499.47 crore in 2006-2007. The average gross refining margin of the company during the years rose to $9.02 per barrel.
