ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of KCP Biotech Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of KCP Ltd., to expand and diversify its operations in India following the merger with its parent company in 2008. V. L. Dutt, chairman of KCP Ltd., said that the merger would allow the company to assist the biotechnology operations which involve the production of natural food colours and flavours. The merger would also provide more financial support to the biotechnology operations.
