ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the issue of effectiveness and safety of clopidogrel reload and Antiplatelet Therapy for Reduction of Myocardial Damage During Angioplasty (ARMYDA-RELOAD) trial. Researchers have conducted a study which was participated by 436 patients at different centers in Europe. The results yielded 7% adverse cardiac events among patients with acute coronary syndrome in the clopidogrel reload group versus 18% in the placebo group.
