ABSTRACT
The article reports on the redesigning of the 3Mtrade; Half Face Respirator Starter Kits, a ready-to-go off the shelf-kit for either welding fumes, particle or solvent use by the Occupational Health and Environmental Safety Division of 3M New Zealand. The 3M Welding Respirator Starter Kit 6047 includes one 3M Half Face Drop Down Respirator (6200DD) medium, one pair of 3M Particulate filters (2097) and four sachets of 3M Respirator Cleaning Wipes (504). It also offers information on a standard and premium Half Face Respirator Kit.
