ABSTRACT
The article discusses the talent management and leadership potentials needed for a successful management in insurance companies. Excellent financial institutions invariably direct succession planning issues and demonstrate talent management programs to uphold the best individuals and prospects in the financial firm. Talent management plans that insurance firms need to conform with include the use of rotational programs, openness to hiring nontraditional talent and top talent retention programs.
