The article reports on the apparent profitability of medical malpractice in the U.S. It states that in 2007, medical malpractice insurers have once more affixed a potential and influential results revealing the sector's continuous gains. A.M. Best states that medical malpractice's operating returns continuously uphold its profitability in 2008. A graphical illustration depicting the sector's loss ratio in 2007 is also presented.
