ABSTRACT
The article reports that U.S. marketers designing advertising and marketing e-mail messages are adding video clips and personalized audio to traditional text. The so-called rich e-mails add what Jupiter Communication Inc. calls the "wow factor to e-mail." It is projected that e-mail revenue will his $7.3 billion by 2005. INSET: 'You've got mail' does not apply to rich messages.
