ABSTRACT
The article provides information on the boats used by various fire departments in the U.S. to protect their harbor from potential fire at sea. The Los Angeles Fire Department replaced their older vessel with newest boat in the fleet, the Warner L. Lawrence, to help protect its harbors. The Henderson Fire Department operates a 28-foot Harbor Guard fire and rescue boat to protect the Lake Las Vegas resorts area in southern Nevada.
