The article focuses on the advancements of simulation technology for training command-level responders in mass-casualty incidents. Presagis developed a software that will stand as a chemical cloud visually over an actual city. During the training, the cloud may move and grow and the emergency-response officials are pushed to compete with the changing conditions. Another development is the company's AI Implant, a crowd-behavior modeling system, that will simulate how people behave.
