ABSTRACT
The article reports that IBM Corp. will launch in early September 2000 parallel Olympic-theme advertising and marketing pushes in the U.S. and Sydney, New South Wales. A multimedia campaign by Ogilvy and Mather Worldwide composed of television, print, online, out of home and direct mail will mark the company's farewell to the Games as information technology sponsor.
