ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the use of the pulsed metal inert gas (MIG) welding at Alum-Line Inc. in Cresco, Iowa. According to Randy Sobolik, trailer foreman at Alum-Line, they have nearly doubled the production of gates, toolboxes and other aluminum parts as a result of switching to the pulsed MIG welding process.
