The article focuses on the challenges that can be met in the highly competitive and ever-changing hotel industry in the U.S. According to the article, the hospitality industry is everchanging, introducing challenges that affect the health and well-being of guests. Having around the clock operation, it stresses that hotel operator must take seriously his or her commitment to the quality of the indoor environment. No shortcuts should be taken when human life is involved.
