ABSTRACT
The article reports on the announcement of InterActiveCorp chairman Barry Diller in regards to his plan to split the company into five separate companies on May 21, 2008 in Las Vegas, Nevada. After Diller's wins in court against Liberty Media, he decided to upbeat at the Goldman Sachs Internet conference and announce the separation that will unlock unlimited growth potential for each of the business which he called crime against humanity. The split will be completed in August 2008.
