This article reports that Alenia Aeronautica has begun operations of its new anechoic shielded chamber with the DA7 Eurofighter Typhoon prototype. The chamber was built to test the electromagnetic compatibility of aircraft and systems and measures the performance of devices emitting electronic radiation, specifically communication devices.
