ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the impetus behind Singapore's popularity as law firms launching ground in Asia. It states that law firms including Ashurst, Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP), Duane Morris and Lovells have highlighted the significance of Singapore in accommodating law firms based on their entry to the country. According to managing partner of Ashurst Singapore, there is a three-hour circle in the country which makes it accessible to a number of key jurisdictions.
