ABSTRACT
The article reports on the bank loan offered by the investment management firm Cairn Capital based in London, England. The company entered the European leveraged loan business in February 2006. The market soars toward an all-time high and the company chose to enter the collateral loan obligation (CLO), focusing on its Loan Opportunity Fund. Its leveraged loan team looks for advisory opportunities which serves as replacement managers, working on restructuring.
