ABSTRACT
The article reports on the revision of Oil and Natural Gas Corp. (ONGC) of its proposed Dahej Petrochemical Plant in Gujarat, India. The reconfigured project being implemented by the firm's subsidiary ONGC Petro-additions Ltd. (OPAL) was approved by the board of directors of ONGC. A press release by ONGC notes that the internal rate of return of the project is 15.4%.
