ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the call of Andrew Buckley to all professionals who manage coaching services within organizations to share their experience of dealing with mental ill health in their clients. Buckley, founder of consultancy Kipepeo, is conducting a research project with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development into the impact of a client's mental health on the coaching relationship and its outcomes. The project will examine the incidence, extent and impact of mental health issues within coaching relationships in British organizations.
