ABSTRACT
The article presents a case of an asymptomatic 32-year-old Afro-Caribbean man who underwent transthoracic echocardiography after a routine cardiovascular examination identified an early diastolic murmur. Sever aortic insufficiency in the background of a quadricuspid aortic valve was identified on the echocardiography.
