ABSTRACT
The article reports that the first stage of changes for the Australian industrial relations (IR) law and collective agreements will be enforced beginning March 28, 2008. The initial amendment is available at http://www.alia.org.au/employment, and further amendments to the IR law and collective agreements are expected to be operational by January 1, 2010.
