The article reports on the competition launched by MVA that is designed to encourage school-leavers to consider a career in transport planning in Great Britain. Participants are required to submit a 1,500 word essay on how a technology or behavioral change will help reduce emissions and how transport policy can help reduce the environmental effect of transport. The winner will received a free full payment on the university for a transport-related undergraduate degree.
