ABSTRACT
This article features a project launched by Anthony Marnell III to build a shopping mall in Las Vegas, Nevada. Marnell and its partner, MGM Mirage, announced they would bring in mall developer Taubman Centers to build and run the shopping center. The mall would open in 2011 or 2012 and would be a first for the resort.
