ABSTRACT
This article reports on a decrease in property taxes collected in Clark County, Illinois, in 2007. County Treasurer Laura Fitzgerald revealed the decrease. The number of delinquent parcels advertised in a public notice rose 51 percent. Among companies on the list of delinquent property owners were Avante Homes, Lennar Homes and Celebrate Homes.
