The article reports on the selection of Marnell Properties in 2008 for a contract to build a cargo center at McCarran International Airport in Nevada. Marnell was selected by the Clark County Aviation Department through a request-for-solicitation process to develop the site under a public-private joint-venture The center will feature ground-level and dock-high loading doors as well as card key entry.
