Innovations called key to growth in PU industry

The article focuses on the role of innovations in the growth of the polyurethane products industry in the U.S. It cites that the industry has remained stable in 2007 due to the move of manufacturers and suppliers to be innovative. According to Nick Bitter, vice president of Parkway Products Inc., the urethane business is doing better and segments such as mining, aerospace and defense, and material handling continue to gain ground within Parkway.
