The article focuses on the complaints of Western companies concerning China. It cites the patent infringement complaint filed by Flexsys America LP against Chinese chemical producer and South Korean companies concerning the production and use of the antidegradant 6PPD and feedstock 4-ADPA, and the complaint of many businesses concerning the modernization of the country. It also views on the move of the country in controlling piracy.
