ABSTRACT
The article reports that Lehman Brothers has hired commercial real estate brokerage CB Richard Ellis to market the Vegas Grand luxury condominium in Nevada. The condominium was originally developed by Del American and has 212-unit residential building named Bella Venezia. CB first vice president Geoffrey West said that the move was caused by the disintegration in the property market. Vegas Grand is near the Strip, the University of Nevada and the Las Vegas Convention Center.
