ABSTRACT
The article reports on transpositions which are ornaments made originally in one material and then duplicated in another. The intent is to transpose a desired form into another medium. There are molded glass simulations of the faience tooth amulet from the Early Roman Imperial Period. Bullet-shaped beads/amulets appear to be imitations of the Tairona amulets. Tairona Y-shaped pendants have been found in different materials most of them stone.
