ABSTRACT
The article focuses on World Elder Abuse Awareness Day, a campaign coordinated by the International Network for the Prevention of Elder Abuse to raise awareness of elder abuse and neglect worldwide. To help support this campaign, organizations around the world are hosting events to increase recognition of elder abuse and neglect as public health and human rights issues and raise awareness of the many factors that can lead to or limit abuse.
