Jerry Boltin, director of CSC's Business Intelligence Practice says that making business decisions without accurate data causes massive disruptions. He adds that the key to successful business intelligence efforts is obtaining reliable and relevant data. Bert Lasley, director of CSC's Data Transformation Practice advises insurers to create a shared services framework and to reconcile data from multiple sources.
