ABSTRACT
The article reports on the insurance product designed to protect directors and officers (D&O) introduced by Beazley Group PLC in the U.S. The product, called Beazley Armour, is a Side A policy form that provides protection to D&O in cases where indemnification by the company is not accessible. It offers automatic reinstatement of policy limits for independent directors. Policy limits of the product range up to $15 million.
