ABSTRACT
The article discusses the resolution of the issue of hours of operation of a fused pair of libraries in Berlin, Germany. A group from the Management Academy of Berlin undertook as a project an investigation into optimizing the hours of operation. Based on patron survey results, unified hours of 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. weekdays and 10:00 a.m. 7 p.m. on Saturdays.
