ABSTRACT
The article reports on the frustration of Governor Janet Napolitano on the legislative leaders regarding the release of the state budget for 2008 in Arizona. She said that she would not tolerate officials for their lack of organization, drive, purpose and urgency. Meanwhile, last May 29, 2008, Napolitano participated in as a legislator during the bipartisan talks with Senate President Tim Bee and House Speaker Jim Weiers.
