ABSTRACT
The article features the Centennial Hills Community Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, designed by Lucchesi Galati Architects Inc. Located within a 100-acre park and civic campus, this facility is organized similar to a retail mall. The design goal of providing a social hub that also serves as a community events venue is achieved through a central promenade through the building. Among its features are a gymnasium complex, aquatics complex and outdoor pools.
