ABSTRACT
The article reports on the unveiling of the Institute of Fundraising's Fresh Code of Fundraising Practice to ban the use of enclosures in charity mailpacks in Great Britain. Such mailpack enclosures are geared in eliciting donations through the inducement of financial guilt wherein it include items such as pen, badge or bookmark. The institute believes that item inclusions are made to create a guilt feeling on the part of the receiver, thus generating donations from them.
