ABSTRACT
The article discusses the enhanced version of Microsoft Excel 12, better known as Microsoft Office Excel 2007 from Microsoft Corp. An overview on the new user interface ribbon technology format used to develop and customize spreadsheets is presented. Other features of Excel 2007 like the increased capacity, faster calculation performance for dual or multi-core processors and the chart formatting tools are also discoursed.
