The article focuses on milk promotion fliers posted on pumps which the editor of the journal notices while pumping gas at a convenience store (c-store) located less than a mile from a newly constructed upscale grocery store in Connecticut. It is stated that the customers seemed to have noticed the offer as well because several were seen exiting the store with milk during the time the editor pumped gas.
