ABSTRACT
The article discusses media security, specifically with regard to theft protection for compact discs, DVDs, and CD-Roms. In particular, challenges for libraries are addressed and attempts such as sealing disc cases with an Amaray DVD case that locks the disc in its case and requires the assistance of a librarian to remove the disc using a magnetic device are outlined.
