ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the significance of the Digis, animated characters, as a marketing strategy of Cox Communications Inc. in the U.S. The animated characters are sort of robotic that takes on the StaPuft marshmallow man, wearing space-aged visors in pink, green, blue or orange. The Digis are designed by W.B. Doner & Co. to appeal across generational segments and will focus their pitch on retaining Cox customers.
