ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the performance of DuPont Korea in Seoul. With more than 420 employees, the company posted a sales revenue of about US$ 600 million in 2008. One of DuPont's four manufacturing and processing sites in Korea is located in Ulsan. In order to achieve growth, the company introduced a stretch project for additional revenue growth beyond its profit objective.
