The article presents comments of Darrien DeBellis, director of marketing at the taxi company Yellow Cab of San Diego, California, on the expected increase in revenue during the U.S. Open golf tournament to be held in 2008. An increase of $31,500 in revenue is expected. DeBellis says that many of their drivers should see a jump in revenue of 20 percent. He states that they will set up a quasi-taxi stand outside the parking lot at the Torrey Pines golf course.
