ABSTRACT
The article describes field research undertaken on eBooks by a German Library Association Group through workshops at three German cities' libraries. Topics investigated included eBook suppliers, eBook acquisition, IT support, licensing and loan models, selection criteria, and eBook portals. Workshops are reviewed that took place in Stuttgart, Cologne, and Berlin.
