The article examines the modelling of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Quality of service using Real-time Transport Protocol (SRTP) to ensure secure call. To encrypt the information, SRTP protocol uses Advanced Encryption Services (AES) algorithm, and DIffie-Hellman algorithm to securely exchange encryption keys. Furthermore, the average voice packets delay at encrypted VOIP stream increases the queues of the routers at 13.5 milli-seconds.
