ABSTRACT
The article reports on the response to audience feedback and global film festival ticketing practice of the Sydney Film Festival (SFF). The 2008 Festival is undertaking major changes to its ticketing processes like the redeeming online by the audience of the FlexiPasses. SFF will also have an Exchange Box Office at the Metro Theatre, throughout the duration of the festival.
