ABSTRACT
The article profiles Dr. Stephen M. Perle, professor of Clinical Sciences in the University Bridgeport College of Chiropractic in the U.S. In 1991, he became the first chiropractor to be appointed medical director for a major sport national governing body's championships and served as medical director of the Mobil/USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships. In 2002, he earned his master's degree in exercise science from Southern Connecticut State University.
