The article focuses on the new set-top box (STB) interface that Cox Communications is working with NDS Group in the U.S., which will permit Cox's digital customers to access all of their digital TV services through a single, interactive user interface (UI). It states that the UI is compatible with most of Cox's existing STBs and with tru2way-enabled services. The partnership can also further enhance the user experience by enabling personalization by viewers to match their viewing preferences.
