CMC launches platform to support ETV, tru2way

The article reports on the launching of HITS Advanced Interactive Services (AxIS) platform by Comcast Media Center (CMC) to support enhanced television (ETV) and tru2way services. According to Gary Traver, senior vice president and chief operating officer at CMC, the AxIS service will supply the content community with the tools they need for creating advanced services from a facility that can also deploy those services over a broad footprint and render efficient and ongoing management support.
