ABSTRACT
The article discusses several ways to fail as a manager. One way is to have tunnel vision--which means looking only at interesting job areas. Second, fail to upgrade skills or education. Third, avoid sharing valuable information with colleagues. Fourth, fail to understand what the boss wants. Lastly, try to be a mother superior in the office.
