ABSTRACT
The article profiles the apparel designer organization and manufacturer Paisley Group in Los Angeles, California. It is evident that fashion design demands for an exceptional talent and dedication to cope with stressful life in the fashion industry. It is the greatest challenge for designers to cope with the increasing and changing demand for quality products along with its exceptional design. The group recognize the significance of networking and achieving the professional respect with the industry which triggers them to revitalize their approaches.
